Natalie Baggio leads care delivery for three hospitals, 53 outpatient locations, telehealth initiatives, and approximately 500 independent, affiliated, and employed physicians in Southwest Michigan.
With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, she has extensive knowledge of operations management, strategic planning, and team development. She is passionate about expanding and stabilizing the nursing workforce and has created pipeline programs to support those interested in healthcare.
Natalie holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor University in Texas, a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from Greenville College in Illinois, a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University in Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Illinois.
Natalie was a fellow of the Johnson & Johnson Nursing Innovation program from 2023-2024 and was named a Hospital and Health System CNO to Know by Becker’s Healthcare in 2023 and 204. She was named to the 40 under 40 list by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2016. Natalie is active in the Southwest Michigan community and serves on several Boards, including Cornerstone Alliance, the Area Agency on Aging, and the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra.
Natalie loves to reenergize in her downtime by spending time with her husband and getting outdoors. Whether golfing, hiking, or reading a good book on the beach, she is an outdoor enthusiast. However, you can sometimes find her curled up on the couch, catching up on The Real Housewives.
